Refund policy

Given the nature of the products being retailed, all sales made shall be final and no returns will be accepted or refunds initiated unless we, in our sole discretion, deem it fit to do so.

Since delivery is via third party services, we will not be held liable for any damage. To ensure safety, we encourage pick ups. We shall not take any liability for the manner in which the product is stored or the manner in which the product reacts to such storage after the drop off has been made.

Should (i) any order be cancelled by a customer for any reason whatsoever, and not by us, and (ii) fulfillment of such order is possible at our end; we shall not be liable to refund any sum for such cancellation at the customer's end. In such cases we, in our sole discretion, shall issue a credit note with a one month redemption time frame from the date of the original order, amounting to the value of the order that was cancelled or towards the amount of the value of a particular item that was cancelled.
